This is Mobina Galore's first show in the city since their very recent move to Winnipeg. They will be promoting their new EP Skeletons released in June 2012.
Originally hailing from Fernie, BC where life is served up to the minute, the duo of Jenna Priestner and Marcia Hanson serve up a set that is immediate and jaw dropping. Blasting riffs, angelic vocals, and catchy hooks all cranked to 11 presented in a non-stop thrill ride that harkens back to the days when "punk" wasn't streamed, it was live, in your face and more importantly, it was fun. MG relocated to Vancouver BC in 2011, but since have moved back to the drummers home town of Winnipeg MB.
Also playing are two Winnipeg bands; acoustic/folk rock trio, Humble Hero and indie/fuzz pop trio, Feed the Birds.
